Poker has become a very popular game indeed, especially with the dawn of modern internet technology. It has become easier to access, enabling many beginners to learn the game first without having to pay a large sum of money. There are many famous poker players around the world, and here, we are going to name some of them.
T.J. Cloutier: This man is one of the world's widely-respected poker players who has only just written a book entitled "Championship No Limit and Pot Limit Hold 'Em". He is known to be the leading cash winner of all time during the World Series of Poker in the year 2001.
Phil Hellmuth: Mr. Hellmuth is a very popular character in the community of poker as he owns six World Series of Poker bracelets which include the World Series of Poker No-Limit Hold 'Em main and primary event during the year 1989.
Johnny Chan: He has risen to be recognized in the international poker scene with his World Series of Poker main victory event during the year 1987, and then again, during the year 1988. Johnny Chan is still another one of the highly famous names in the poker arena today.

Thuan Scotty Nguyen: Nguyen was nick-named the "Prince" as he has taken the title of champion at the World Series of Poker in the year 1998. He is recognized as one of the players that earns the highest in recorded poker history.
